The Therapy Session is a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with a qualified professional who is objective, neutral and nonjudgmental. During these sessions, you and the Health Psychologist will work collaboratively to identify and change the thoughts and behavior patterns that keep you from feeling your best.

Initial Therapy sessions last between 75-90 minutes.

Follow-up Therapy sessions last 55-60 minutes.

Therapy sessions cost $250. The copay varies based on the coverage from your insurance provider.
